For us, Les Boutiques d’animaux Chico, our customers’ satisfaction really matters. If your purchase does not suit you, we will exchange it or refund it under certain conditions.
Our policy lasts 30 days. After those 30 days, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange your product.
Proof of purchase
To carry out a return, you must provide a receipt or a proof of purchase.
To carry out a return, your item must be in perfect condition. It must be in its original closed packaging.
Exchange (Where applicable)
We will replace a product only if it is faulty. If you wish to exchange said product for the same one, bring it back with a proof of purchase.
Refunds (Where applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the product, we’ll inform you of our decision either you will receive a refund or not.
Dry food for cat and dog can be returned for exchange or for an in-store credit, only if it follows the manufacturer’s return policy and guidelines.
- The food must be in its original packaging;
- For a bag of 2,5kg or less, at least 50% of the food must be returned;
- For a bag over 2,5kg, at least 75% of the food must be returned;
- Reason of return must be specified.
Several products cannot be returned. Merchandise for hygienic use such as litter boxes, sanitary products and grooming products cannot be returned. Living animals are not accepted.

- Gift cards
- Product on sales Cat and dog beds
- Special order Cat tree
- Pet carrier Clothes and boots
- Grooming tools
